Devpel Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our global Human Resources team. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within our organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings.
  • Contact candidates, arrange interview times, and collaborate with project managers to develop appropriate interview questions for efficient and equitable interviews.
  • Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on pre-established selection criteria and organizational recruitment policies.
  • Maintain training records, employee documents, and relevant files.
  • Ensure the maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Update internal databases.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.

Candidate should have:

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in speaking English.
  • Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
